New iPax Cases Released in June
Newly Added Cases in June:
- Severe mitral regurgitation due to posterior mitral valve leaflet prolapse with exertional dyspnea
- Gallop rhythm due to dilated cardiomyopathy
- Case of accentuated A2 due to hypertension (1)
- Case of accentuated A2 due to hypertension (2)
- Pericardial friction rub following acute myocardial infarction

These auscultation sounds were recorded from real patients and integrated into iPax. By moving the chestpiece displayed on the iPax interface, users can listen to heart and lung sounds just as if they were examining actual patients. We believe this update enhances iPax as a tool for learning practical, real-world clinical scenarios.
More cases are scheduled to be released in late July 2025.

- Severe aortic regurgitation caused by syphilitic thoracic aortic aneurysm
- Paradoxical splitting of S2 due to complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB) – breath holding

これらの症例は、実際の患者さんから収録した音で、それらをiPaxに組み込んだものです。
iPax画面に表示されるチェストピースを操作することで、実際の患者さんを聴診するのと同じように心音や肺音を聴くことができますので、より実践的な症例を学ぶためのツールとしてお役立ていただけるものと思っています。
今後も症例追加を予定しています（次回更新予定2025年7月下旬）。
