Starting this month, the iPax Auscultation Quiz will be updated weekly.
In the first week of January, we present 3 heart sound cases and 2 lung sound cases.
For heart sounds, the focus is on distinguishing ejection murmurs from regurgitant murmurs and inferring pathology based on radiation patterns.
For lung sounds, the theme is differentiating adventitious sounds in Pneumocystis pneumonia and mucin-producing lung adenocarcinoma.

iPax聴診クイズは、今月から毎週更新（Weekly）となりました。
1月第1週は、心音3症例、肺音2症例を出題しています。
心音では、駆出性雑音と逆流性雑音の鑑別や、放散部位から病態を推定する問題に取り組みます。
肺音では、ニューモシスチス肺炎と粘液産生性肺胞上皮癌におけるラ音の鑑別をテーマとしています。
