“New iPax Cases for August Have Been Released.”
New cases added in August:
1.HOCM murmur that intensifies after extrasystole (available for free on the TOP page)
2.Third heart sound (S3) associated with diastolic-phase hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
3.Murmur changes associated with atrial fibrillation in severe aortic stenosis (AS)
4.Case of systemic arteriosclerosis with fourth heart sound (S4) due to left ventricular hypertrophy and carotid artery stenosis
5.Severe mitral stenosis (MS) with a history of PTMC for rheumatic mitral stenosis
The cases released today are featured on the official iPax website.

These auscultation sounds were recorded from real patients and integrated into iPax. By moving the chestpiece displayed on the iPax interface, users can listen to heart and lung sounds just as if they were examining actual patients. We believe this update enhances iPax as a tool for learning practical, real-world clinical scenarios.
Additional cases are scheduled to be released (next update: late September 2025).

これらの症例は、実際の患者さんから収録した音で、それらをiPaxに組み込んだものです。
iPax画面に表示されるチェストピースを操作することで、実際の患者さんを聴診するのと同じように心音や肺音を聴くことができますので、より実践的な症例を学ぶためのツールとしてお役立ていただけるものと思っています。
